Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Stars Beauty & Fabrics. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with any tags still attached. Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll send you return instructions.

For health and hygiene reasons, wigs, wig caps, hair extensions, earrings, and opened hair care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Custom-cut fabric and made-to-order garments are also final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is our error. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
